It had perfect location close to sea, restaurant and Cesme. There was The Lord High Admiral, located nearby, where we relaxed. We had wheelchair accessible room with balcony view, which was important.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with breathtaking views and a spacious surrounding area. the facilities were also very good, making our Christmas stay quite comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained rooms and the pleasing aesthetic look. the staff provided very good service, and though there were communication issues at times, that did not stop them from trying to help us in every way possible.

The food they served wasn't as great as we were hoping it would be. We also faced struggles with communication since the staff did not adequately speak English.

Although the location of this hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea, it may be hard to get to the shore since the beach is rocky and has many sea urchins. the rooms are aesthetically pleasing and look exactly like the pictures, but lack amenities like a kettle or an iron. Breakfast is not great, unlike the ones advertised on promos. the thermal spa is good, and the staff, especially Duygu, Mustafa, and Ferhat.

The hotel lacked a concierge service, which made it difficult to find taxis, and there were very few staff available in the reception and restaurants, causing delays in service.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment We arrived, We were treated with utmost care and attention by the attentive staff. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent, offering various treatments and massages that were tailored to our needs. the indoor swimming pool was immaculate, and the sauna and steam room were the perfect way to relax and unwind. the outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful garden area to soak up the sun.

There was a minor issue with the internet connection which made it hard to work remotely. communication with the staff was challenging at times due to the language barrier.
